The conference will be held from Thursday, April 9 to Saturday, April 11, 2009 at the Palmer House Hilton in Chicago.

The rate for HERA members at the Palmer House is $128 per night from April 6 to 14, 2008, giving you three extra days before and after the conference to see Chicago. Make reservations with the Palmer house directly by calling 1.312.726.7500 and don't forget to mention HERA.
